Q: How do I place a multiple bet?
A: Click on the price of all the selections that you prefer to bet on and it will automatically appear in the bet slip shown on top right hand side of the website.
You have the option to choose if you want your multiple bet to be processed as Single, Accumulator or Special.
Enter the amount you wish to stake on each selection (if you chose Single) or the amount you wish to sake for all selection (if you chose Accumulator or Special). It will show you the corresponding payout for your multiple bet.
Click on the ‘Next’ button to see a summary of your bet or click on ‘x’ on the top right corner of the bet slip to re-set your selections.
Click on the ‘Place bet’ button to submit your bet.

Q: What are the minimum and maximum amounts that I can bet?
A: The minimum amount that you can bet depends on the currency of your account. The maximum amount that you can bet depends on the trend of the betting market. If you are not sure and would like to find out more, please contact our Customer Support team.

Q: How do I cancel my bet?
A: Once a bet is placed unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

Q: Can I place a bet via mobile?
A: We currently do not provide this service.

Q: Can I place a bet via telephone?
A: We currently do not provide this service.

Q: Why was my bet voided?
A: If a sporting event or match is suspended, abandoned or terminated, then the entire match will be considered void. Matches will be declared void irrespective of any official decision to honor the result.

The stake will be returned on any single selection. Void bets in a multiple bet will be treated as non-runners and the stake will run onto the remaining selections in the bet. Please read our Rules and Regulations for more details.

Q: What is handicap betting?
A: Handicap means betting when one competitor or team receives a virtual head start (effectively leading by that head start before the Event begins). The winner is the competitor or team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result. Remaining Handicap rules are set out in the Specific Event Betting Rules.

Q: What currencies can I use to bet with?
A: MYR: Malaysian Ringgit
IDR: Indonesian Rupiah [1,000 IDR (real money) = 1 IDR (on the website)] THB: Thai Baht
RMB: Chinese Yuan
KRW: South Korean Won
VND: Vietnamese Dong [1,000 VND (real money) = 1 VND (on the website)]

 

Q: How do I check all my betting transactions?
A: You can check all your betting transactions by clicking on the ‘My Account’ button located on the dropdown beside your name on the top right corner.

Q: What is Cash out?

A: Cash Out is a feature that enables you to have more control over your bets and it allows you to secure a return at any given time before the match has ended. This gives you an opportunity to take an early profit if your bet is winning or get some of your stake back and minimize your losses if your bet is going against you. On top of that, you also have an option to Cash Out either a part of your bet or the total bet before it is settled.

Q: How do I Cash Out my bet?

A: 1. Login to your account and place a single or accumulator bets on selected sports, events, fixtures and markets both pre-match and In-Play.

2. Click MY BETS on the betslip – which will display Cash Out, Live and Open submenu.

3. Under Cash Out, all your bets which are available for Cash Out are displayed together with the details. Just click on the [Cash Out] button and click it again to confirm.

4. You may go to My Account and check the “Credit” column of the bet transaction under SETTLED BETS to verify the Cash Out amount.
