Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp insists he is not looking to sign England number one Joe Hart after declaring himself happy with his current goalkeepers.
Both Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius have come under fire this season, with both being dropped on different occasions by the German.
Karius has played 10 matches in the Premier League, seven less than Mignolet, but both know they are under pressure.
The experienced Alex Manninger is helping both players in training while Danny Ward is also on the books although he is currently on loan at Huddersfield Town.
The Reds have been linked with Hart for several months, with his Manchester City career reportedly over.
He is currently on loan at Torino in Serie A but Klopp insists both his current stoppers are in his plans.
He told reporters: “We have these really, really good goalkeepers. We have with Mr [Alex] Manninger a wonderful professional player in the squad which helps the squad a lot.
“We have young players in behind including Danny Ward on loan [at Huddersfield Town]. Our situation is as good as possible. I am happy most of the days.
“One day when a goalkeeper is involved in a goal, which happens quite a few times, it is the life of a goalkeeper that you are the last man standing. Then you are not too happy. “But I am happy with our goalkeepers, yes.”
Mignolet is expected to start against Burnley on Sunday and will be hoping to keep a clean sheet, with the Reds 1.91 to win to nil.
