The unwavering support from the fans has been a significant factor in Chennai’s success over the years, and in IPL 2023, the story has been no different. Reflecting on the same, the bowling coach, Dwayne Bravo, shared his thoughts and stated that they haven’t had a single away game so far this season.

“We have the greatest fans in the world. Not only in Chennai, I don’t think we have had an away game so far this season. Everywhere we go, the place is full of yellow. And that’s the love that the fans have for us and obviously for Thala,” said Dwayne Bravo in a video posted by CSK on Twitter.

The four-time champions are currently in second place in the IPL points table, having secured 15 points in 13 games. The bowling attack of Chennai has been on point in the IPL 2023, with players like Tushar Deshpande and Ravindra Jadeja competing for the IPL purple cap.

CSK’s batting unit has fired all season but here they were taken apart by Kolkata’s spin bowling trio. The bowlers also lacked sting while defending the target and they will be looking to come up with an improved performance in their last league game.

The support from the fans is expected to play a crucial role in Chennai’s upcoming match, and the team will be hoping to put up an excellent show for their supporters while also securing a place in the playoffs. Follow NextBet Sports to get all the latest updates from IPL 2023.
